Steel structures are composed of various sections, making fabrication simple. A significant amount of steel structures are manufactured in specialized metal structure factories with high precision. In addition, existing steel structures are easy to dismantle, reinforce, or modify.

　　Steel structures have excellent sealing performance, with good airtightness and watertightness.

　　Steel structures have good heat resistance but poor fire resistance. Steel withstands heat but not high temperatures. As the temperature rises, its strength decreases.
