The following issues should be noted during steel structure installation

Prior to steel structure installation, all components should undergo comprehensive inspection regarding quantity, length, verticality, dimensional accuracy of bolt holes at connection nodes, etc., to ensure compliance with design requirements. Any defects arising from manufacturing processes or deformations occurring during transportation must be corrected and properly addressed at ground level.
Steel columns and foundations are typically connected through embedded anchor bolts. Therefore, before column installation, verify:
Dimensions between anchor bolts
Length of bolts protruding from foundation surface
Elevation accuracy of foundation top surface
Integrity of bolt threads at column base
(Normally, protective measures for anchor bolts and their threads should be implemented during foundation construction)During hoisting operations:
Implement appropriate measures to prevent excessive bending and torsional deformation
Use padding blocks between sling attachments and components to prevent surface damage
Immediately after positioning structural elements, secure all supports and connection members to ensure structural stability.
Upper structure hoisting operations may only commence after:
Lower structures are properly positioned
Alignment corrections are completed
Supporting members are firmly fixed
Maximize ground-level assembly of large installation units according to crane capacity at the site to minimize aerial work requirements.
